You may request to cancel your order only before it has been dispatched from our facility.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only if the order is successfully cancelled before dispatch.

If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank, or UPI provider. Typically, refunds are completed within 5–10 working days.


3. No Refund After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Taste or preference issues

  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer


4. Exchange Policy

If an issue is reported after dispatch, we may offer an exchange of the same product subject to verification and availability.

Exchanges are applicable only for the same item and not for different products or variants.

The decision to approve an exchange rests solely with Baramaja.com.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

In case you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos of the package and product.

Upon verification, we may arrange an exchange of the same product.


6. Failed Deliveries

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address, refusal to accept delivery, or unavailability of the customer, no refund will be issued. Reshipping may be arranged at an additional cost.


7. Payment Gateway Compliance

All refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the same payment method used during checkout and handled via our payment gateway partners, including Cashfree.

We do not process cash refunds.
